Drills we teach.
Three of the drills Sophie uses most, straight from our Instagram.

Video, then drills.
Our Women's Swim and Video Analysis Clinic with Triathlon Ontario ran at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre: stroke analysis with swimming biomechanist Amber Hutchinson, drills and progressions with Sophie, then a classroom session on efficient freestyle.
We have also run coached open-water swim clinics at Cherry Beach, working on sighting, cornering and drafting before race day.

Every session is coached one-on-one or in a small group.
Video, before and after
We film your stroke, fix one thing at a time with corrective drills, then film it again so you can see the change.
Less drag, more glide
Body position, streamline, rotation and a relaxed recovery: the basics that make every length cheaper.
Race-ready skills
Sighting, cornering and drafting, so the swim in a lake feels like the swim in the pool.
“Excellent session! I made meaningful progression, got before and after videos. Sophie's process was very systematic and organized.”
